As part of the provided service, the designed PostgreSQL database was implemented and the data held by the client was integrated. The process began with installing the relevant extensions on the PostgreSQL database and creating schemes and tables, including dictionary tables. Next, relationships between the tables were created, users and user groups were established and given appropriate permissions.
The following step consisted of creating triggers and views on the database, including triggers to retrieve plot geometry, automatically calculate area, and merge plot geometry. The data held by the client was implemented into the created database, functional and iterative testing was carried out. GIS objects have also been linked to Comarch's DMS, creating redirection links to selected objects in the QGIS project. Finally, the database backup process was automated by creating appropriate scripts.
As part of providing the service, we've carried out a diagnosis of the state of the Oracle database, including performance and security pre-tests, server configuration optimisation, and security configuration. Moreover, we took care of installing and configuring automatic backups, covering both the configuration of the disk array as well as creating backup scripts and restoring instructions.
The service delivery process began with an initial server and database audit, which verified the server's security. We then proceeded to install the SSL certificate, optimise the server configuration as well as the Oracle database itself. The following step consisted in migrating the spatial data from the old to the new database. The whole project ended with performance and data restoration tests.
We perform integrations with billing systems so that users can access water meters and readings from the GIS. In the process, we gain access to information contained in billing databases as well as the location of water meters, which can be used for a range of analyses and processes.
These integrations allow for effective management based on up-to-date data, resulting in cost and time optimisation.
We perform integrations with SCADA class systems, allowing access to equipment signals from the GIS system. Obtaining a real-time view enables direct and precise monitoring of the network's operating status. The information collected in the databases can be used for visualisation and constitutes the foundation of a range of advanced hydraulic analyses.
This integration allows for faster responses to failures as well as optimised maintenance and repairs. Thanks to this, infrastructure management becomes more efficient and reliable.
We develop web-based GIS map apps (geoportals), which we integrate with external CRM systems. The solution allows the visualization of customers with CRM on an interactive map, allowing the card of the indicated lead to be viewed quickly and easily.
Integration significantly improves customer relationship management processes and supports sales strategy planning. Additional functions, such as filtering and searching, allow to easily manage clients according to various criteria.
